Sunday, August 18, we were asked to speak in Sacrament Meeting at the Green Valley 4th Ward. The topic that we were asked to address was: "Come Unto Christ".
The
best part of the meeting was the special musical number (Lynn Ogden’s daughter,
Lena), and her family. Husband Dave
Dalley is really musically talented as well as all their daughters. They sang “In Quiet Grove” (which our family
and extended family sang at Ryan’s farewell) and it was beautiful. I heard a lot of comments about the music. It was also nice to have Randy, Misty and Kevin's families attend the meeting (Kevin, Janice, Chad, Mavanie, and JaNae's family).
After Sacrament Meeting, the Dalley family joined us for lunch at our house. Randy and Misty's families were also there, but Kevin said his group needed to get traveling back home. Since the meeting didn't start until 1:00, it was getting late to have much gathering time. It was wonderful to visit with those that could make it.

We were especially happy to have the Dalley family and some of our kids become more acquainted.
